Delaxoce provides legal consulting services including Legal Nexus Berlin, Corporate Fortress Legal, and Compliance Compass. Services are provided by qualified legal professionals based in Bonn, Germany.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by Delaxoce remain our intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with service operations or security

4. Limitation of Liability

Delaxoce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in question. Legal advice provided is based on information supplied and applicable law at time of provision.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. Professional privilege applies to attorney-client communications. We maintain strict confidentiality except as required by law.

7. Fees & Payment

Service fees are agreed upon in writing. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with German commercial law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, we will securely dispose of or return client data as agreed.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of changes. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Bonn, Germany, or through arbitration as agreed.
